Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Guests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, subject to the following conditions:

| From 1–2 rooms | 3 days before check-in date | 2 days before check-in date | Within 24 hours before check-in date |
| From 3 rooms or more | 10 days before check-in date | 7 days before check-in date | 5 days before check-in date |
- Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your booking under unavoidable circumstances such as: severe weather conditions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, or terrorism.
In such cases, guests may: Receive a full refund, or Accept an alternative arrangement of similar standard (if available). If the alternative is of lower value, the price difference will be refunded.
Cancellations are determined by local authorities and may occur at short notice. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions (As informed by local authorities) Due to unexpected bad weather (including storms, typhoons, heavy rain, fog, or monsoon conditions), services may be postponed, shortened, or canceled.
Before departure: Full refund After guests arrive in Yen Bai: Charges will be based on services already used (meals, transportation, etc.), and the remaining amount will be refunded.
