Please kindly read the Dinh Gia Trang Coffee & Homestay terms and conditions carefully. On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by emails, you are deemed to have read and accepted our booking conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm and secure your reservation. In some cases (depending on policy or last-minute bookings), full payment may be required.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days prior to the check-in date. We accept cash payments (VND at the property or USD).

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept online payments via secure payment gateways supporting MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards. A secure payment link will be sent after booking confirmation.

Please note: A bank transaction fee of 3.2% is not included in the price.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests are responsible for taking care of their own personal belongings during their stay. We are not liable for any loss or damage.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

These regulations apply to all guests staying at the property. In case of loss or damage to property or equipment, a report will be made as the basis for compensation according to the current price list.

Guests are required to use all facilities with care and comply with house rules, fire safety regulations, hygiene standards, and public order.

INSURANCE

Insurance is provided in accordance with Vietnamese law and covers only basic risks. We strongly recommend that guests purchase personal travel insurance before arriving in Vietnam and using our services.

Guests are required to provide the following information via email at least 24 hours prior to check-in:

• Date of birth
• Gender
• Nationality
• Passport number
• Vietnam visa expiry date
• Contact phone number
